Furniture created by Artificial Intelligence, Love Nature initiative and much more...

Antarte, a Portuguese company founded in 1998 in Rebordosa (Porto), is a well-known Portuguese furniture brand. Now its latest innovation is furniture created by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This new solution already has a line of furniture launched. The process begins with a first version created by AI, which is then retouched by humans, and then moves on to the production stage.

The company is also known for being the first in the sector to offer its furniture pieces in augmented reality. To do this, all you have to do is use your cell phone to go to the website for pieces such as beds, sofas, dining tables and then direct it to the place in the house where you want to place it, and you'll immediately see how the piece will fit in.

Another of the company's highlights is its "Love Nature" initiative, in which members are given a native tree to plant, and in return receive a cryptomeria wood plaque from a sustainable forest in the Azores, with their name and Love Nature member number. This initiative has already planted 50,000 trees.

The company, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, has also just launched the World's First Joinery Museum, the Antarte Museum, which retraces the history of joinery - from Ancient Egypt to the 20th century - culminating in the founding of the Antarte brand in 1998.

The company currently has 14 stores in Portugal and 4 around the world, namely in Dubai, Angola, Ghana and São Tomé and Príncipe.
