STREAM offers a financial and tax support service that will make your company fiscally more efficient, resulting in tax savings. This theme gains particular relevance if your company has approved investment projects.
They may be granted to projects that have relevant applications equal to or greater than € 3,000,000.
To support companies that incur expenses in Research and Development (R&D) activities.
Deduction to the amount of income tax collection of up to 82.5% of expenses incurred in R&D activities.
RFAI applies to relevant investments made on fixed tangible and intangible assets.
Deduction to the amount of income tax collection of up to 30% of investments made in relevant applications regarding initial investments (creation of a new establishment; capacity increase; diversification of production; a fundamental change in the production process).
Encourage the capitalisation of companies and their financing through equity capital, to the detriment of the use of debt capital.
Deduction to Taxable income of 4.5% (rate increased by 0.5 p.p. if an SME or Small Mid Cap) on eligible net increases in equity capital, which may not exceed EUR 2M or 30% of Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA).
Encouraging companies to register intellectual property in the country and stimulate its commercial exploitation.
Deduction of up to 85% of income from contracts whose object is the assignment or temporary use of copyrights and industrial property rights when registered.
